At one point my husband asked for the music to please be turned down as it was too loud for such a small area and we were having to speak very loudly to be heard by and from our friends. Told our actual waitress and still no water. The waiter(not our waitress) said he would take care of it. She said she just wanted regular ice water. When my friend asked for water they brought chilled bottled water. What? Who eats Italian food with no bread. When it arrived we asked about bread and was told they don't serve bread with the meal. We were given the menu and made our selections. We were seated at a booth for six which made talking awkward. We asked for a quiet area and was asked if we had eaten in their new section. First thing we noticed was the carnival type atmosphere outside.
